All products are manufactured according to customer-provided specifications and artwork.
Quotes & Pricing
- All quotes are valid for a limited period unless otherwise stated.
- Prices may change due to material costs, shipping rates, or order modifications.
- Additional charges may apply for design revisions, custom finishes, or expedited production.
- Taxes and shipping fees may be charged separately where applicable.
Order Approval
Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving all proofs, artwork, dimensions, quantities, and specifications before production begins.
Once approval is provided:
- You Custom Boxes is not responsible for errors approved by the customer.
- Changes requested after approval may result in additional charges and production delays.
Artwork & Intellectual Property
By submitting artwork, logos, text, or designs, you confirm that:
- You own the rights to the submitted content, or
- You have authorization to use such content.
You Custom Boxes is not liable for copyright, trademark, or intellectual property violations related to customer-submitted materials.
We reserve the right to refuse any content considered unlawful, offensive, or inappropriate.
Production & Delivery
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order size, complexity, and material availability.
- Shipping and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
- Delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment.
Payments
- Full or partial payment may be required before production begins.
- Orders may be delayed until payment confirmation is received.
- Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, or other approved payment solutions.
Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.
Returns & Refunds
Because all packaging products are custom-made:
- Returns are generally not accepted.
- Refunds or reprints may only be issued for manufacturing defects or errors caused by You Custom Boxes.
Claims regarding damaged or defective products must be submitted within 7 business days after delivery with supporting photographs and details.
Minor color variations, size tolerances, or printing differences are considered standard industry variations and are not defects.
Cancellations
- Orders may only be canceled before production begins.
- If production has started, cancellation fees may apply.
- Completed or shipped orders cannot be canceled.
